in all the long history of this land, there is only one ascociation with people who hide their faces ...untrustworthyness.
anyone who chooses to dress this way out of disrespect for the social norms of this country and a desire to be religiously assertive in a provocative manner, must not be surprised if their behaviour upsets indiginous people, and leads to them being avoided like the plague.

People are dressing thusly to gain attention. (Though they will not admit it.) So feel free to give them attention.
Unless this question is referring to people wearing clothing that is from their native countries with veiled faces and such. Then you should not treat them differently and this question is just mean.
The bottom line: treat people as you would want to be treated.

I don't care what lepers wear or supposedly to wear. I do know that they do wear the same as us.
Not all people who are infected with the disease are deformed on the outside. Sometimes the disease affect you on the inside (ie. nerves and muscles) more than on the outside.
I think Lepers should be treated like anyone else. It is not their fault that they are ill and there's no need to mistreat these people just because they have been infected!
That is being ignorant!

I'm fed up of all these lepers cluttering up the health service, their arms dropping off in my coffee. I wish they would take their sack-clothed torsos elsewhere......
