shes an old bitty with old ideas .just be nice to the old prune and let her enjoy her grand kid she isn't going to be around much longer and I'm sure it will give your kid something to remember when he gets older and I'm sure shes not going to treat the child the same as two grown up living in her home

Tell her to bug off. Set some ground rules. When you are ready to send your son over to visit with them do it, until you feel ready don't.

She may be his grandmother but she doesn't have a right to say she is going to take the child from you. How can you trust her int aht situation.

Try hard to ignore it. Because she isn't going to go anywhere. It is your son's grandmother, but then again, it is YOUR son. She can say what she wants...but in the end it is YOUR decision.

I would try to avoid her calls. When she starts to butt in, say...i appreciate your advice, i will have to think about it...then just forget it.

Don't let it get to you too much, i mean how much aggravation is she worth?

Why did you live with them?Do you 2 party and do drugs or something? Most grandparents dont want to take their granchildren away from their parents unless they feel the children are in danger or something. If you are decent people and you are doing any illegal activities, then just assume granny means well, and that she does love her grandson. The fact tho, that she would threaten to take him makes me wonder tho.

Ummm....it is your son and you don't have to hand him over to anyone like he is a toy. Tell her no, he's your son and you don't wnat him there, he belongs at home with his parents. She's a mother so she should understand. Tell your husband how you feel and he should talk to his mother!!
