No. We already do too much of that with political correctness. We've become a society of offended people. It's time to stop the appeasement.

Depends. There is no use offending people for no reason. Empathy is a virtue. There is no good reason to hurt people, when it can be avoided.
Still, sometimes offending people and doing the honorable thing go well together. That's unfortunate, but people will have to deal with it. Conflict (about real issues) are part of life.

No. Being sensitive is a problem they have to deal with. They are going to meet people who will offend them, all the time. THEY need to adjust not everyone around them.
