Ok, plain and simple, if a guy knew he could never have sex with someone he was dating, he would stop the relationship right there... if he tells you he wouldn't, then he is lying to you so he doesnt hurt your feelings.
Men are sexual deviants.... i know cause i am a normal guy and any woman i am kinda attracted to (50% of all women) I would love to have sex with.
I would guess this guy already feels comfortable with this girl so it's easier to stay there, then start over and go through the process with someone else..

hun if a guy is in the state of mind where all he wants is sex - it doesnt matter what dysfunctionalities he might have... his mind isnt even thinking about that
guys arent like us girls - they dont care as much about their imperfections as we do. if they think they're going to get some regardless of their flaw then they're happy not embarassed
That being said - if you think you are being used for sex u'd better decide what you're really in the relationship for and the decide whether or not to give it up to this guy... if u just want sex too then be concious of that and stay in control... if u rly like the guy and are worried he isnt on the same level - open up. if it scares him away then at least u'll know for sure what he wanted and if it doesnt scare him away then u might just have opened up a brand new channel of communication!!

You know yourself, there's some good guys and some bad guys. He could be just using her for practice to conquer his problems or he could really care, unfortunately it all depends on the person

If you're worried, tyhen there is obviously a reason to worry. Just ask him what your relationship is about and if it means as much to him as it does to you. He may not be honest, but you will most likely be able to tell how he really feels. if you don't want to do it, then don't. Stay true to what you want, and don't give in if you aren't ready.

he should probably go to the doctor and get help, but im not exactly sure how to answer your ?. Guys are horny and if they havent had any in a while then theres a chances hes with you just for sex.

It depends on who he is as a person . He may just be comfortable with you in knowing that you dont have a problem with his medical problem. On the other hand anything is possible hun. Talk to him.
