My son's best friend is named Israel and all the kids call him Izzy for short. So---I don't think I would use it for a girl name. Saunjai is kind of hard to pronounce. If it was Sanja or Sanjah or Sanyah it would be easier on the eye and easier to pronounce. You don't want a name that your daughter will continually have others ask her how to pronounce it her whole life.

As I answered before I like the names just keep in mind is you plan on making Israel the first name that most will probably shorten it to Izzy so make sure you can like with that.
