Honestly, "Kate M" and "-Rain" are the only two with an intellectual point on this. However there are a couple of discrepencies that I would like to clear up:
First, YES, there has been a successful uterus transplant done in humans. A woman in Isreal was infertile, but has had two successful pregnancies with this particular procedure. Granted, the uterus doesn't last long after the pregnancy. She had two hormonally enduced menstral cycles before the transplanted uterus had to be removed. I've heard tell of a similar procedure being done with post-operative transwomen, but I can't be sure on that--it's only hear-say.
Secondly, Rain, intersexuals (aka "hermaphrodites", but that's a derrogatory term like "shemales" to transsexuals) are inherently infertile. Not even a TRUE intersexual (you know, the one born with BOTH parts) can have their own children. It is an unfortunate circumstance of the condition. There are exceptions to this rule, but they're few and far between.

"Shemale" is porn term. I think you mean "transwoman."
Transsexual women cannot give birth either before or after sexual reassignment surgery. There is current research being conducted in GB in which a uterus has been successfully transplanted from one female goat into another, and there are hopes that this technology can some day be used to treat infertile women.
In 2002, a uterine transplant was conducted in Saudi Arabia, which lasted for 99 days before blood clots forced its removal.
In the US, similar animal research has been done, and a NY hospital is looking for a good candidate for a human transplant.
It would be much more problematic to transplant a uterus into a genetic male, due to biochemical differences and differences in pelvic structure, but it is theoretically possible. It's at least a decade out at this point, possibly more.
The Israeli transplant described below was actually the implantation of frozen ovarian tissues into a woman who'd had hers removed, but did not involve the uterus, and was using the woman's own previously stored materials.

No A shemale cannot give birth b/c a shemale only appears female and has breast but has a penis and not a vagina or not even both. A hermaphrodite can give birth if it is born with female insides.

First, the term "Shemale" is a derogatory term used by the porn industry to describe someone who is either a Crossdresser or Transsexual.
Now that is done...without an uterus and ovaries, she cannot give birth. To date, no such operation has been done as best as anyone can tell.

Neither a male to female nor a female to male can give birth at this time. They are called transsexuals.
I'm not sure what you mean by a 'shemale'.
