no, but you should probably get married before you think of having children.

No, not at all. If you have children they will all have the same blood type B positive. There use to be a problem when the woman had negative blood and the man positive. After a first birth or miscarriage, the woman sometimes would build up antibodies against the next child who had positive blood. That problem has been solved in America.
I hope this answers your question.

Anyone can have children together no matter what their blood type is. The only concern is if the mom has a negative and the husband has a positive, that the mom will have to get a shot during her pregnancy.

I don't think your blood types affects the ability to have children all that means is if you do have a baby the baby's blood type will be B+

No it would not effect ya'lls chances of having a baby together. In fact having a child together would mean that ya'll was both compatable with your children if they need a blood transfusion anytime during there life.... Not saying they will ever need one, but just in case.... I am B+ and my husband is AB+ our daughter is AB+ so my husband would be a match if anything was to ever happen to her.....

no it wouldnt affect your chances of having kids, unless you develop a fetus with a blood type of b -,my sister and her husband has the same b+ type their first kid was a b+, but she got problems when she got preggy with the second one, she developed asthma, pneumonia, highblood pressure and gestational diabetes, all her doctor could do on her 7th month was to treat her when the need to arises, it turned out that the baby is a b -. try asking your obgyne well about it

Blood types don't affect chances, it would be other genetic things, like sperm count & egg viability.

It shouldn't affect your chances of conceiving on way or the other.
