Actually, when I find my "moment of zen," that would be the cause, the effect would be that I open up an opportune time to think....or just ponder.
It's actually healthy to try and sit and do that regularly instead of only stressful moments in your life that need time to soul search.
Wow...why am I sounding like I am Zen-Buddhist all of a sudden? LOL
