Basically the ability to look thoughtfully at oneself.

Here are a few examples of good self-reflective questions:

** What is the impact of such-and-such expereince on me?

** Is there something in me that attracts clients to finish without a closing session?

** In what way am I a better person because of this experience (e.g. humbler, wiser, more empathic, etc)?
