I can't believe you actually asked that question. Stupid isn't a state of mind. It's not a condition. It's a adjective. It describes a act of not thinking. There is not cure for stupid. If a person chooses to not think, there is nothing you can do for them. Do you know what a dictionary is? Or are you afflicted with the same adjective?

What is the cause of the stupidity? If its an inherent mental defect some training may help. If its lack of motivation to learn, the world will beat that characteristic out of a person soon enough.
But being stupid should not be frowned on. In our society stupidity is certainly no barrier to holding high public office.

Maybe you should look at the naturally stupid people who are famous. Moe, Larry, Curly, and Tommy Smothers. They made a living at it and if you can say you're stupid then you are not. Those guys aren't either. Did you ever hear the expression, Dumb like a Fox? In other words Foxes are smart. So make a living at it. Try stand up comedy.
