One of the easiest things you can do!
Go to Start>
Control Panel...
Then if in Category View, click on Performance and Maintenance.
Then on System.
If you are in the Classic View, just click on System.
From System Properties, click on the Hardware tab.
Then on the Device Manager button within Device Manager...
Everything installed on your computer is all there broken down into categories.

Go to the control panel and click on system then go to device manager you will find hardware listed there. The other things can be found in the properties window of my computer.

rite click My Computer and goto properties there u will find ram and cpu speed click on the hardware tab and it will show u the names of all ur devices
if u click on my computer and click on your drives C: it will show u how much hard drive space u have
