Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespear is a tragedy about forbidden love and is the most popular story of such. Brokeback Mountain follows Shakespear's ideas about the pain, pleasure, drama and desperation that people in taboo relationships may experience. Looking beyond the sexual taboo, the movie in question, delivers one of the most powerful representations of Shakespear's most popular tragic play. I was deeply moved by the way the movie shows that the particular taboo prohibiting homosexuality can occur spontaneously among any demographic, including the ultra-macho society of cowboys. I have yet not seen a better movie.

Do I agree with Brokeback Mountain???? what exactly is your question??? Are you implying, that because a couple of movies a year are gay themed that somehow film makers have run out of stories. Good God, are you serious???
Please, Please, do us the courtesy of not being churlish with your loaded questions.
It's just a movie for God sake.

Well i didnt like brokeback mountain. It was a pointless movie. And real boring. Nothin against gays, but it sucked. And the movies these directors are putting out are recycled over and over again. I dont even go to the movies like i used to because it got so repetitive.

Hollywood is so full of gay actors, such as Clooney and others that they have to give them something to do. Have you noticed a gay movie always gives actors a leg up in Hollywood? Its because there is so much same sex going one. Probably fifty percent of the actors and others are participating in gay or bi sex. Producers reward gay actors or actors who play gay.

Well, it's an old story that they brought into the cinema.
They didn't create it just to be a "box-office" booster.

i think it was a very original movie. certainly not your typical love story.
Also i can relate to this, because i had a crush on a married man--we had to finally break up.
