I have talked to Paypal several times and they have always helped with any questiomn I have had...I guess I'm one of the few lucky ones.

I have paypals number its 08707307191 but you've got more chance of getting in touch with ebay via phone than winning the lotto! Its all done by emails,

I don't think you can, I've looked myself a while back and there are no numbers listed anywhere, for obvious reasons I suppose. Any member of staff from either logged in? Worth asking I suppose.

e-mail isa the best way....if they can't solve your problem through an e-mail THEN they will send you a number to call, but if they just posted it people would be calling like crazy FOR crazy things
