one of my good friends (rachel) has been with this girl chanel. Rachel has told chanel alot about me and it turn out that chanel is now obssed with me with out even meating me. I'm interested but I am unsure at the same time. me rachel and chanel are meeting up at the mall tomorrow but I have no clue what to ask and how to stat up because I don't know her at all. If any one has any advise please give it. So that you know I have gone out with people before but I have known them first.

Hmmm...that situation could turn out weird or good. Sounds like Chanel's a bit of a weird chick (what is this, love at first...time you heard someone else talk about the person?), so I'd wait before diving into any kind of serious relationship with her, that's for sure. She might be the type of person who feels the need to really fantasize about someone because she isn't comfortable building healthy relationships herself. So I'd hang back and play it cool when you meet her. It may turn out that as soon as she meets you, she drops her obsession because she's faced with actually having to build a relationship and interact with the object of her fantasy. In that case, she'll just move on to fantasizing about someone else. Don't take that personally, because that's just the way some people are--it says nothing about the type of person you are.
On the other hand, she may be excited when she meets you. In that case, just have fun and take it easy--be sure to ask her questions about herself, since she may know more about you than you do about her! Even if she's heard a lot about you, though, you're still meeting for the first time, so just treat it like that. And don't forget to keep Rachel a part of the conversation, since no one likes to feel left out. Sounds like you have good instincts about the situation, so rely on them.
