For Carolina, I'd probably seek a 3rd round draft pick for the often-injured Dan Morgan in a trade, despite how talented he is. Also, ask Ken Lucas to restructure his contract, because he had a very bad year, plagued with injuries also, and let Richard Marshall challenge him for the starting job. Draft Reggie Nelson (If possible in the draft) if not, LaRon Landry. Attempt Lamar Woodley in the 2nd round for insurance if Rucker isn't 100% by september.

Just for starters anyway...then maybe try dealing out DeShaun Foster for a back that can excell in short yardage to get us better goal line success. Slowly work Drew Carter into the passing game and move Keyshawn Johnson into a primary slot receiver only, as Carter is so much faster than him. Then do what Fox has been doing for a few years "Get the ball to Smith!"

Eagles

1. Get a big power back to complement Westbrook.

2. Make Tra Thomas have to compete with Winston Justice (or another LT) for the starting spot. Tra Thomas false starting atleast once every game is unnacceptable.

3. Get real linebackers. The secondary is great. The defensive line is pretty good. The linebackers are aweful. Trotter is too old. OLBs have done nothing for a long time. As stylish as Dhani Jones is, he must be replaced at sam and so must whoever random guy is playing wil that day.

4. Good run to pass ratio. Why does Donovan get injured every year? Because Andy Reid throws the ball too much. Too much pressure is on Donovan. Passing the ball too much results in shorter drives which brings the defense on to the field too quickly. A tired defense cannot play well. Donovan is a great quarterback but can't do it all himself. The team played better under Garcia because of balance. The playcalling was better.

5. Never punt the ball when down by 3 on a 4th and 15 with less than two minutes to go in the fourth quarter of a playoff game. Apparently Andy Reid was tired from the long season and didn't want to play anymore playoff games.

6. Get a real kick and punt returner. Reno Mahe is pretty bad. Westbrook is a good punt returner but is too valuable at rb to receive every punt. Special teams on the returning side has been pretty bad.

N.Y. GIANTS. I would replace the entire offensive line, except the center, brig in some quality D.B.'s and, a couple more good receivers. I would also, get a quality Quarterbacks guy to work with Manning and, shore up the linebackers. they could also, use a consistent kicker.

1. I would get a good offensive lineman to protect McNair on the Right(OGDEN has got it down on the Left)

2. Move Mike Anderson to FB to fill the hole left by Ovie Mughelli and so theyd have McGahee and Anderson in the backfield at the same time

3. Get a young QB behind McNair so McNair could mentor him......So when McNair leaves, they aren't scrambling around for a QB

4. Get a good kick returner
