I just got a new Sprint/Nextel ic502 hybrid phone a week ago. Since the first day, I haven't been able to access the web (PCS Vision) at all. I can use the phone to make and receive calls, the walkie-talkie works and can send/receive text messages. The only thing that isn't working is the web and web applications. I receive an error message when trying to connect. (Error 67. Registration Failed.) I have been on the phone with Sprint/Nextel hybrid tech since day one. Noone can seem to fix the problem. A new phone will not help as it is in the connection. Anyone else have this problem or know what I can try?

Have they tried walking you through a master reset, yet? Sometimes doing that and power cycling the phone can get the rest of the provisioning to kick in.

I even have had AT&T for greater or less 7 years. they are very client friendly and that they have large relatives plans. i will confer with every physique with an AT&T telephone for loose. The rollover minutes acquire extremely speedy. I presently have approximately 5,000 that i will by no potential use. i don't have a house telephone, I purely use my cellular for each thing and that i've got yet to go over my minutes. I even have additionally chanced on that they have the terrific coverage section and that i by no potential get dropped calls. My brother-in-regulation went with sprint and he hated it. His calls stored getting dropped and that they don't have as many towers as AT&T so the coverage section is smaller. I say decide on AT&T. good success.
