They come from all over! Mexico, China, Taiwan, Finland, Germany, USA... it all depends on the manufacturer, their factories and the factories they contract. Still, that's just the assembly of the phone itself. The components can be sourced from all over as well. The end result is a great conglomeration of components from all around the world working together in unison so you can talk on the phone when you're out and about ;-)
