The show/book is a fun way to learn science. And Lily Tomlin as Ms. Frizzle was a lot of fun, too. And the guest stars. You never knew who got to guest star.
My favorite episode: The Vampire Bat one.
My favorite book: The Sound Mansion. I also have that episode on tape.

Personally I only watched the TV shows but my favorite one was the one when they went inside some disgusting sick kid and saw all of the disgusting bacteria and viruses. I also liked the bug one, with all the butterflies. Ya, as you can tell, I don't know the episode names...

We used to watch that and Bill Ni the science guy.
To answer your question one of the only episodes I remeber is the one when they're bees, so I guess that's my favorite.

When they learn about bat's and the kids think Ms. Frizzle is a vampire, that one rocked!

although i'm 32...lol when my son would watch that tv show...i enjoyed the one about the human body when they went thru that boys body and explored . i got a laugh about where they came out at...
