Kasia & Tasia are the only ones that are remotely easy to prnounce.
The other ones will probably just cause problems. If you know that they are hard to pronounce then maybe you should consider something easier to spell & pronounce.

I like they one pronounced kay-zuh. Not the kaw-zuh one to be honest. But kay-zah sounds really nice and unique.

I've heard Kasia pronounced both Kay- zuh and Ko-sha. Whatever you like is okay. Try finding a meaningful name and you will like it.

I like Kasia,Tasia, and Kazia best. Tasia would be a cute nickname if you wanted to go with Anastasia as the full name.

I would pronounce Kasia like "Asia with a K" .... I also like Kazia. I knew a girl named Shazia, I thought that was a really pretty name.

There is an exception, if the name is from you or your husband culture
