My friend had prbs completing her UG...so her basic qualification is 12th...can she get into any jobs in chennai...say bpo stuff or any othr gud jobs?

Surely your friend can get a good job provided an additional qualification like Tally is acquired as there is tremendous demand for accounting professionals. Needless to state that she must be a computer literate to shine in any field as this has become a basic qualification needed in any professional job.
Having completed 12th , why not your friend complete degree ?
