Do I have to terminate my current contract (and pay extra 175 for that) or would my contract just be extented to 2 years starting from June 2007 (when iPhone comes out)?

Thanks.

UPD: And I don't think they would sell it without a contract, at least not in first 6 months or so.

With that much left on your contract, you will probably not be given the option to extend you contract to get the subsidized price on the phone. You can still get the phone, just that you will have to pay the unsubsidized price for the phone. This might mean the $499/$599 price and those who sign a contract will pay $100-$200 less, or it could mean that $499/$599 is the already subsidized price and without a new contract or extension would be $100-$200 more than that!
