I'm assuming by submitting this in a question format...you want to know if it sounds legitimate.

The first thing, after reading it, that caught my eye was the "US Lottery Act."

Um.........maybe you'll have better luck finding the "US Lottery Act" than I did........there is no such thing that I could find.

As such......if there's one thing wrong with this message...there could be more things wrong with it.

The second thing that caught my eye was you (I think) said that you sent money to Nigeria....you've most likely just wasted your money. I'd suggest a stop payment with your bank immediately!
