gamestop also has used gba sp's for $59.99, and they are refurbished, so they check them out to make sure they work before they sell them...also if you buy used, you can return it easier...with new systems they will only exchange or you will have to trade it in...with used games/systems, buyers remorse isn't a problem AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THE RECEIPT...no receipt no return...i learned that the hard way o_0
