You don't say whether or not you actually need to lose weight.

When I was a junior in high school I weighed 125 lbs and my mom used to tell me I was too fat because I weighed more than she did at that age. If this is the case, just try to ignore her.

If you are actually overweight, you might suggest to your mom that you both try to eat better and exercise more. You two are more likely to stick with it if you do it together.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Take her advice while you are young (I'm guessing you are). If she is big the chances are that you could be too and apparently she's been unhappy and just doesn't want you to be also. Tell her to help you instead of bug you, or she could even join you and you two could lose weight together.

Take a nutrition class with her. Get a dog and the 2 of you can go on walks together, or take turns. The dog pound will love you, and you'll change 3 lives. Your's, your mom's. and the dog's.

diet and exercise is the only way to succesfully combat genetics and prevent major weight fluctuations if it runs in your family. So be proactive and maybe get your mom to do some aerobics or light evening walking this summer with you and have a reason to spend time and help your health.

i'm sorry to say yet your mom has extreme emotional complications and curiously she's tormented by anorexia or bulemia, both one in each of which may bring about negative ailment or perhaps lack of existence. She desires help. Please do not drop extra pounds or get any surgical procedure... i fairly doubt there's a physician contained in the international who'd function on a tall and narrow youthful woman like your self, besides. Your mom is the risky one. i wish she receives help. perhaps you could urge her to attempt this. sending hugs.

listen to your mom...sure wish I did.

When you are young, you may think moms don't know much, or that what they do tell you is just cause they think they know it all. Well, guess again :-)
It sounds like you have a very caring, loving mom. Excess weight WILL lead to other medical problems, for instance, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Arthritis, breathing problems, walking problems, and problems with keeping yourself hygenically clean, among other problems.
