Please help me. I am 27 and pregnant (6weeks) and already to big for my 36G bra's. I am unable to find one in a bigger size and I am going to need a much larger one once the baby get's here. I have tried 38's, but they are too big around the bottom. It doesn't support and lift and I need both considering my size.

I have been measured I have a 34 1/2" under and 49 around. I have been told there is not a size for this, so I do the best I can. I have tried lane Bryant, but the do not carry and 36's. I am no Full figured. I just have large breasts.

newfiegurlie - Yes she is measuring right - when you have that size bust (I know) it dang near impossible to find something that fits.

Ronin - that's just plain rude!

massagetherapist_2004 - I feel you pain! I ended up being a 38 K! On average it's an inch a cup size you round up for band size - so it looks like you may be a 36 (up from 34 1/2) JJ or KK.

When you go up in band size you go down in cup size. Not exact, but a 36D cup is almost the same size as a 38C cup.
When you get into the GG/HH and so on I'm not sure the size differences.

I'm in Michigan and though the shop moved you may get some help on what size you are from Mary Sue Schade, the owner of Bon Fitte Brassiere Boutique. Her shop was in my town when I was expecting my second and she ordered 4 nursing bras just for me to try on! She has now moved 'up north' and I miss her shop dearly.

I have not used these sites, but here are a few with large size nursing bras:

For my first I took large sports bras that hooked or zipped in front and took in the sides and shoulder just so I could get coverage. Did not give the support I wanted, but it was all I could find at the time.

Good Luck!

BRAVISSIMO.....clothing, lingerie, and bathing suits "for big boobed women". (not full figured, just big boobed). they have awesome stuff for women with larger sized breasts. i think they go up to a k? and the nursing bras aren't very fashionable, but hey....atleast they have them. i love their stuff. i wear 36G. crazy huh? they have size 28-50 and cup sizes from D-K. lots of selection. oh, and the department store's suck as far as measuring. they told me triple d, and ima G.

If 36 G is too small then you should try 36 H or 36 I. Best of luck.

Are you measuring right?? I'd go to a local department store and get fitted in the lingerie department. If they don't have your size there, I'm sure you'll find it at a specialty shop or a plus size shop.
Good luck. You may even be able to find bra and lingerie shops online with a wider variety of sizing.

Try looking at LaneBryant. I know they sell h's and they sell maternity clothes so they may sell the bra's as well... The bra's support well and feel wonderful when you put them on...
