Not sure what you mean by classy and no class. That could be a real leap..
If a person sees themsevles as better than others, there is no class there. Thats hatred, judgmental, and its wrong.
God views us all as equal.
But the way to help the less fortunate is to try to help them with what you know, and to lvoe them and be there for them, not to judge them and see yourselves as superior. thats not how God sees ANY of us.

By one stop wanting to change people. Just because people may not have what is considered class to you. They may think the very same thing about you.

Well, first you have to stop judging them...
Then you gotta nurture the parts of them that have class. Make sure they are taking showers and stuff and get them in tune with the modern lingo and behavior...
And finally, if all else fails, sometimes you're either born with it or you aren't... and ya gotta let em go. Sad, really.
