Geez, there are many schools of thought on this subject. One that rings pretty much true for myself is that the mind helps create emotions in the body. The feelings we get when we are "in love" are the result of our mind helping generate emotional and physical responses in our bodies.

Love is a natural state for humans (look at an infant, a two-year-old, five-year-old--they love anturally). It's society and parents that beat the love out of us (sometimes literally). At around the age of 5-7 we humans "disconnect" from the rest of the Universe and think that we become "separate" from the rest of the world around us. This is a fallacy, and the lie is supported by society, parents, peers, etc. It's only when we re-educate ourselves about our true nature and work to kill our ego that we reconnect with humanity and the Universe to start to reach our full potential. The re-education begins with meditating on bringing Peace, Love, and Joy back into ourselves. Once that occurs, the ball starts rolling rapidly back into connection with the Universe.

Kinda. It is something more deeper then in our mind though, our body creates certain feelings, such as natural instincts and we find moods to fit those hormonal rushes. Love is a power that connects humans to one another created by god.

you would possibly want to take a seem at/study the Agape church contained in the L.A. section. Michael Beckwith and his spouse are African human beings and they seem to have finished precisely what you're looking for for to do. I attend a religious technological awareness church - and our minister is quite attentive to the demographics and form contained in the church. He tries to furnish something for everybody. He tries to stability issues. to illustrate - he's gay - yet he's quite careful now to not push our church as a gay church - merely gay accepting. Love and settle for everybody - and all varieties will come. grant varieties of music - and messages that keep on with to everybody. once you're sufficiently enormous - start up up a small communities ministry the position human beings can meet faraway from church with communities they have something in basic with. Our church has a women human beings's team - a couples team - and canines vendors team - an artists team - etc. this way - human beings sense extra linked to their community and component of it. wish this replaced into efficient. advantages to you and your husband! Namaste!

love comes from the heart.
there is a saying in France: the heart has its reasons that the reason ignore.
It means that love is irrational and that the mind doesn't understand it.
So it might be some truth in what you are saying: The mind tries and understands the heart but fails.
