Tell some friends what you're looking for. Maybe they'll surprise you and hook you up

Your loss is really THEIR loss if you were qualified and had the requrements it involved. Ok, take inventory of what you did wrong. First impressions are very, very important. I have bluffed my way into a lot of jobs by looking the part and looking neat, clean, and interested in the person interviewing me. 2nd. Don't give up, if you feel like you really want that job, can do the job, go back and ask them to reconsider you. That shows your determination and willingness, but be sure you DO want the job, because if the person got hired decides to leave they will probably call you, so be sure this is the one you want to spend time on. Good Luck sweetie!

First have a temper tantrum, jump up and down 15 or 20 times and yell loudly, Then think about your job qualifications and your ability to sell yourself at an interview. Many people that interview job applicants know nothing about how to determine if a person can do a job well; all they know is how well you answer questions, which are usually irrelevant.

Uh, there is only one thing to do, set aside your feelings, whatever they are. Pick yourself up and move on to the next application, the next interview. That's all you realistically can do...just don't look back or have regrets.

I'm partially in the same boat myself...rejection is part of the game, perseverance will ultimately pay off with a job....or at least that's what I am telling myself (being only partially employed at the moment).

It's Friday, so have a few drinks, enjoy the weekend, and hit the pavement again on Monday. Sorry about the job.

Go to a temporary service in your area, they will keep the money coming in and they can even find you a permanent position, many companies now only hire through temp services.
