Yes, but not in a medium that will be accessible by the technology of the day. Yahoo asked and answered this question (note the article below on Yahoo planning a digital time capsule), but you are the first to list it under "Fast Food".

Why is this categorized under fast food? That seems fairly dumb.
The question of anything electronic staying around for 500 years is interesting though. Since the medium used to capture information will probably not be around in 500 years, the question is if Yahoo Answers is worth archiving? I would say the answer is probably no, since most of the people on here are really not authorities on whatever subject they are answering.

There is a very high probability that there will be no human beings alive in 500 years to view such an archive even if such a thing existed.
