How do you get a PDA on a psp?

I've been trying to get a PDA on a psp for ages but it just doesn't work. For those who know, could the information please be passed on. Also, provide the steps on how to do it.

download it. Buy a A-B USB 2.0 cable. Connect your computer to your PSP. Power on your PSP and select "USB Connection." XP will pop up a screen to browse the PSP. Copy whatever you want over.
