If anything they need to stop procreating. We should help them slow population growth. That would help immensely with their problems.

Because for some reason America thinks that it must help everyone except for hard working Americans. You are absolutely right about them having babies. They have starving babies laying around on the ground at their feet dying so then they decide to go screw and have another kid, I just cant figure out their way of thinking. As far as I am concerned there just isn't going to be any way to help them, they need to help their self and figure out what they are doing or they are never going to learn, and if they are too dumb to figure it out then there is always extinction.

Why do we use any of our resources globally? We want to have influence over every nation in the world in some way even if we can't govern it. That's what happens in the "greatest country in the world" we wanna pressure our ideas and form of democracy and freedom onto everyone else. By we I mean our government not our country as a collective. If it was up to our country as a collective I'm sure we would have a little more isolationism going on instead of all this big spending and war mongering.

As a world superpower America has a moral obligation to help those less fortunate. Why not Africa? We have helped many nations and Darfur needs the most help right now. people there are suffering terribly especially women and children. You are too judgemental without having all the facts.

America doesn't have to. But it benefits America to get other countries in shape because then they make better trading partners, and can contribute to a global economy. Many say America is the best nation, but we can't be the lone top dog, we need other strong nations too, otherwise everyone will want to come here.

So donate money to The Pathfinder Fund, EngenderHealth, or any of the other private organizations that are bringing population assistance to the people of Africa. The American government won't, and they do very little of anything else-- except preach Abstinence to them.

I have no idea, I wouldn't bother. I am not sure if the numbers I heard were right, but I believe we also have given 16 billion to Central and South America. I wonder if they would do the same?
