The baby should definitely turn. They change positions a lot. If you were closer to your due date, I'd consider talking C-section. You really should talk to your doctor about it at your next appointment, which should be in about a month. If you are very concerned, they may be able to get you in sooner. Good luck.

Yes sweetie, your precious baby has plenty of time to turn around... you still have like 12 weeks to go!!! It may not seem like a lot, but it is for the little one! I do not think you have to really worry about a c-section just yet, but if you do end up having one they are not too bad. I felt fine in a couple days, but it does depend on each person individually. I think the baby will turn though... the little one is probably only about 13 inches long right now, and that is pretty tiny for all the room they have... Check and see if there is any exercising you can do to help the baby if you are really concerned though! I wish you the best and congratz! Do you know what sex the baby is?

the baby stays breach until about 4 weeks before labour and then it usually turns. I wouldn't worry about it. If the baby didn't turn closer to the end of the pregnancy, they'll do methods to help turn the baby. My friend's baby didn't turn at 37 weeks so they applied pressure theorpy with a professional to gently urge the baby to turn.
My doctor said that sometimes if you flash a flashlight on the belly where the head is and move it slowly, sometimes the baby will follow the light.

Sometimes babies turn at the last minute. So your baby has 12 weeks to turn. If your baby doesn't turn, they can manually turn him. Ask your doctor about that. But if you have to have a C-Section, don't worry. I had one with my son and will have one with this pregnancy and they aren't as bad as people may think. There are just as many risks in vaginal births. I read that even though C-Sections are a serious surgery, they have as many possible complications as a tonsillectomy (having your tonsils taken out). So it's not a big deal. Good luck!! :o)

The baby has plenty of time to turn.
Researchers generally cite a breech presentation frequency at term of 3-4% at the onset of labor though some claim a frequency as high as 7%. When labor is premature, the incidence of breech presentation is higher. At 28 weeks' gestation 25% of babies are breech, and the percentage decreases approaching term (40 weeks' gestation).

Yes, there is still time for the baby to turn. However, if you're nervous about having a c-section, talk to your doctor to help ease your concerns. It's always better to be prepared for anything and everything.
I had a c-section because my daughter was breech and it wasn't bad. The recovery was a bit longer, but I thought it was rather easy. Best wishes for a healthy delivery and baby.

There's still plenty of time for the baby to turn. Sometimes the baby won't even turn until a day or two before birth. For now I'd just relax and wait it out. Good luck!

your baby is perfectly fine. he has until 35 or 36 weeks to turn into the head down position. if he doesnt turn by then, then you should consider a section. whatever position they are in at 36 weeks is the position they will be in at birth. you have a little bit yet, dont worry, everything should work out the right way for you. Good luck with you lil one.

The baby has plenty of time to turn. My baby was breech when I was 37 weeks. The doc scheduled me to do an external version (turn the baby) for the following week, well that day came and she was out so I had to reschedule. The following week I saw another doc and the baby was face down. I didn't feel it turn as some people say they could feel it turn and that it hurt. So yeah, plenty of time to turn so don't worry.
