Why do some people spend even one minute worrying about what other people do?

Cuz they think that using that entry is not really having sex...see, if he don't stick it in the front end, they can pretend they're still virgins. They also have this inane idea that doing it through the back door somehow protects them against STDs. (WRONG!)

Mouths aren't there for that either, but they also get used....as do breasts, and any other place on the body a guy can get good friction.
It's about pleasure for those involved, and where/how they decide to do it, is up to them.
