Stop thinking about your friend! Think about that poor dog! Turn him in! He is a very sick man. He needs mental help and you are not helping him by keeping quiet.

I agree with nylatina. Your friend is very, very sick about sexuality. There is no way that he could have a normal life, with this perversion in his psyche. I don't know that what he does is illegal, though, so the police might not do anything anyway. But he ought to seek help. Perhaps PETA or the ASPCA, who deal with animal cruelty, could be of assistance.

He needs help. Tell him so and that he needs to see a therapist. If he won't tell you can't continue to be his friend
