you say you like her - how much? are you willing to go to counselling and work through your hang-ups on physical appearance? If not, the sooner you are honest with her, the easier it will be on the both of you.

You Seem To Be Really Confused About Capitalization As Well.
Is there any problem with having this woman as a friend? No one says you have to have sex with all your acquaintances.
I would not enter into a relationship with someone I am not attracted to. That would not be fair to them.

if you are not attracted to her, and you know this, yes, you should be up front. it's not necessarily shallow just b/c you know what you want physically in a mate. if you don't think you'll be able to get past it, than why waste your time or hers. you could still be good friends. better than cheating and it ending bad.

Well if you stay with her long enough you both can hit menopause together hot flash with each other and then seek out a Plastic Suergeon and obtain Botox and Lipo and everything women do to please thier partners...
