BUT hasn't anyone realized how much americans are hated around the entire globe now????
Just take Bush's tour through south america right now; how many riots have broken out in protest of Bush's visit? Do you expect ANY of these countries to help the US in the fight against terrorism? WAKE UP, they all hate us thanks to Bush's foreign policy and retoric.

Bush's foreign policy have not made the counrty safer in any way---if anything it has made the country a bigger target. Countries that wouldn't have hated americans but simply tolerated them are now disgusted with the sight of em.

No one I know feels safe, even the soldiers I know don't feel safe. Other countries hate the US now because they see Bush as the devil. I can't wait until Bush goes to visit Colombia next...haha, Colombia's president calls Bush "el diablo" (the devil). I won't mention what I hope happens...haha...
But yeah, with all of our troops getting sent to Iraq, how the hell are we suppose to feel safe when the terrorists might strike here? Uhhh, our military would be in Iraq. We'd be screwed.

The people who feel safer are naive and aren't doing their homework. People need to expand their horizons. Turn off fox news, at least for a few minutes, and listen to pbs or watch bbc, or even (GASP!) Air America. Then they can at least say they the considered both sides. I don't understand how people can be so narrow minded they won't even consider that our government is screwing up. What a bunch of followers!

I'm conservative, but i will admit that Bush and his foreign policy has made the world a MORE DANGEROUS place, not a safer one. Anyone who can think for themselves knows this, including most conservatives. This is why is approval rating is it 27%. That means 25% or more of the conservative disapprove of him too. Terror attacks in the world are up more then 400% since he invaded Iraq. you call that safer?
