If you must have all that sun,it seems all good and-well but too much sun sucks realy.
look at PHX nothing but sun sun sun sun never rains only monsoon time then when it does rain it is 90 degrees thats ok but realy,

St. Petersburg, Florida has the most sunny days per year than any other city in the US.
I used to live in Clearwater about 20 miles from St. Petersburg.

Your have to find this info in an Atlas, I think Goggle earth can also be used for this.
Just off the bat, I can tell you San Diego, CA. is one of them, being a city with lots of sun, and almost no rain, year round. Wonderful weather, most of the year, by my experience as well.
