A lot of it depends on your personal preferences. Gray and white are pretty neutral colors, so nothing will really look bad against them. Lavender and purple shades look very nice against gray; many plants with grayish leaves have purplish flowers. Shades of red would be a nice contrast against gray, also. I would suggest that you look around at different plantings in your local area, paying attention to any that look especially nice against gray and white backgrounds such as rocks, weathered fences and barns, etc.

sorry any color of plants would look good expecially russian sage with the grey foilage and blue spikes of color or monardia(red) when the wind blows on these two flowers the air smells wonderful-or how about large white shasta daisys or coneflowers,yellow or purple would be beautiful you have so many options but as far as I am concerned any color would look good in front of your house!

I think the best colour would be Burgundy, either in leaf or flower. Plants such as red leafed maples (Acers), Cotinus (Smoke Bush), Berberis, Red leafed plum (prunus), mixed with dark leafed shrubs such as box (Buxus) would really be dramatic. I think yellow with the Grey and White would look a bit washed out.
