blue smoke rebuild it..black smoke tune it,,white smoke ,put new head gasget in it...

Black or oily smoke usually indicates a condition where oil is getting into the combustion chamber. Bad rings, cracked block, bad PCV etc. While smoke usually means that some other substance is getting into the combustion chamber. Most often that is antifreeze or water.

different things,light blue smoke is an oil problem getting around the rings on the pistons,means it worn out..dark black smoke is a carb problem and can be adjusted,using to much gas. hope this helps.
