hmmm....7 years, take away the time in remand, then good behaviour and overcrowding... i doubt he will do 4.
again the english judicial system sends out a 'warning' to the crims and i dare say most would take less than 7years for a life of crime.
agree with the road gangs, time for hard labour to be reintroduced, jail is not seen as a deterrent but as a 'nice break' for them.

They should have chain gangs again and get them working on all the pot holes in the country!
