Ok the more weight you gain the harder it is to loose it.. I know from experience with my daughter I gained 80lbs my starting weight was 140.. I am now pregnant with baby #2 and havent gained any weight at all in fact I have lost 4lbs so far, and I am 8 weeks pregnant.. What I am trying to say is my weight before I got pregnant the first time was 140 I gained up to 220 after I had the baby I went down to 200 then my weight stalled no matter how hard I tried the weight wouldnt go away.. When I got pregnant this time my starting weight was 215 I am now down to 211.. Watch what you eat and exercise, but not to much at one time....

I don't think that I understand this too well, you only weighed 60lbs when you got pregnant??? Or you weighed 136lbs when you got pregnant and put on 76lbs on top of that?? It's not only the mens fault that women get pregnant. Women do have a part in it too. You just can't blame everything on men ( I know we try right? lol). You need to eat a well balanced diet and exercise to get the excess weight off. That's all I can suggest.

I don't understand. You couldn't of weighed 60 lbs before getting pregnant. So does it mean that you are now 212 lbs? After the baby is born ( which was BOTH your doings) exercise and eat healthy, it will probably take much longer than other people to shed the weight.

Remember you are pregnant. Try breastfeeding, it's a natural way to lose weight. I loved it!! Begin to back off the food intake about a month before the baby is born so your body can readjust to a normal eating style. We all hated the men who got us pregnant..lol..if we are honest that is...but soon we love them again and we are back to doing what got us pregnant to begin with. I'm mom to 3.

I don't understand the question, you "weigh" 136? if so 136 isn't fat unless you are 3 feet tall. And man don't make you fat, you do when you eat a lot.

How is it possible to weight 60 pounds for a grown-up? I think you made a mistake somewhere, asking.

Is it only the man's fault? I don't think so! What do you eat for you to have gained so much weight? Is it a medical condition? Good luck!

ummm ok so you only weighed 60 pounds when you got pregnant....I doubt it!
And sorry but no matter how much you are hating men right now it would have been your fault too....it does take two to tango.
