Aside from the obvious. Day care, why not pediatric physical therapist? What about Special Education Teacher? Possibly work at a children's hospital (nurse, therapist, volunteer - I know, no money there, receptionist even at a Pediatrician's office; zookeeper). Check with local grade schools to see when they invite Special Guest Readers (try volunteering in different areas of working with babies, small children first, thsi way you'll know if you like it and what avenues are available).

MY daughter run a licenced day care in her home make a good income ,lots of write offs for taxes bult in friends when my grandaugher was young:
