I need a new purse....Nothing fancy...But dont want to look to out of style...I always have small/med size that I carry...
I dont want a big purse, but maybe one that I can throw around my neck/shoulder to get my hands free...Any links of suggestions?

To start it's going to depend on what kind you want.
If you want a cute purse that's not leather and more on the affordable side go for a Vera Bradly. Great name and great price. The do everything from solids
Leather, it's going to be more expensive. A cheaper side is going to be a company like Fossil or maybe Douney and Burk.
High End -
Coach! They have revolutionized the purse industry. Never going to fade!
Chanel - LOVE THEM! The C emblem is amazing. If you want leather and want to spend some more go for them.
Loius Vuitton - The LV symbol is great. If you want a brown leather purse for them. It'll last ya for eva too.
Another place to consider is Gucci, they're not my favorite but you can check them out. Good luck.

Coach has small/medium bags, Dooney and Burke or go to Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Mandy's has cute designer bags at reasonable price. If you;re up north by New York go on Canal Street. Everybody does who doesn't want to pay $2000 for a purse. Good Luck!

Do you have an H&M near you? Check their purse selection out in the accessories section. They always have some cute ones for all ages, and they're pretty inexpensive. I recently bought one there for 20 bucks, and it's a dark red tote-type bag, and very trendy, but classic.
If you're anything like me, I buy new purses and bags all the time, so unless there's a style that absolutely classic, I'll go less expensive so I can buy new ones more frequently. H&M is the perfect place for that.
Also try a department store like JC Penney. Something like this is very nice:
