I think my male guppy has an internal parasite infection. : ( Is there any way to cure it? Can it spread to other guppies in the same tank? (I hope not! One of my fish are pregnant!)

I am pretty sure that it is an internal parasite infection. My fish is turning white and swimming wobbly and has white poop.

White poop and loss of color are signs of an internal parasite you are correct there. Feed medicated foods (available at the pet shop) designed for parasite infestations, not the antibiotic food. They are generally easy to treat and respond quite quickly.

Yes, it can spread to other fish in the tank, so be sure they all get the medicated food for at least a few weeks.

I'll assume the diagnosis is right. Is the poop white? Internal parasites are best treated with medicated food. They can and probably already have spread to every other fish in the tank so you'd want to treat them all.
