Pacifica's answer is good. My question to you would be how much the coat is worth? Invisible weaving is EXTREMELY expensive! Does a vintage coat warrant a huge expense, or would the money be better spent on a new coat, with no holes?

Your best chance would be to ask a good dry cleaner if they do "invisible weaving".

Good luck.
