African Weather Satellite - Stuck?

Please advise if the African weather satellite, the one that is supposed to over Zimbabwe, has a problem; it is stuck on the 8th March, 2007?

I am unaware of any African satellite. You make it sound as if it is a geosynchronous satellite, but Zimbabwe is at about 20+ degrees south latitude ruling out any geosynch sat. Could you be speaking of a problem perhaps with an Indian geo metsat or with the European Meteosat?
