My daughter did the same thing.
Go to a pet store and buy a product for pet urine.
Worked great, but I do not remember the name, my daughter is 21 now.

Dry the spot and sprinkle baking soda on it . let dry and vac. For old odors use vinager and backing soda. This will foam up so make it in a big bucket a lil at a time. Damp mop it into the carpet or rub it into mattress. Let the foam penitrate the fibers. Shampoo carpet/mattress as usual after the vinager mix starts to dry.

When she pees the sheets and her clothes get a plastic bag and put the soiled pieces in the bag, tie that up. For cleaning I would use bleach and water and after that some pine sol, that should pretty much get the smell out of there.
