It's will be useless for Dolphins to have feet. The beauty of the Dolphins jumping out of Water is taken away.
I think if Dolphins had feet, they would be a much slower swimmer with feet dangling out from the body. It would be an easier prey for the Killer Whales & Sharks if Dolphins would be swimming slower as before. This will decrease the populations of the Dolphins and this will of course effect the ecosystem too.
