As Rover no longer exist, I cant't go to a dealer! There is nothing in the car manual as they expected the Rover Dealership to reset at propper service intervall.

Hi there, You will find that most dealers who were Rover dealers are still servicing and repairing Rovers and they will have the suitable Rover tool to reset the service light.
I work for a dealer who used to sell and service Rovers, we still service and supply parts for Rovers and also reset service lamps if and when req'd.
Hope this helps.

check your owners manual or go to a dealer service dept and ask.
