Maybe you could consider spelling it the traditional way, that way he won't have more trouble throughout life having to get it spelled right, people misspelling it, etc. Isaac is a Biblical name, and that's how it's spelled in the Bible. :) And I think just about any middle name you like goes well with the name Isaac. :)
